"keyhole" is Cerro Forge, they did the raw forging........??? as to who finished it.

What does the number after the keyhole stand for?

The CAGE code identifies the vendor as Lewis Machine and Tool - LMT.  The numeral after the 'keyhole' is probably a forge or lot code used by Cerro Forge.
