Im starting to plan my next build, which is going to be an SBR'd 6.8mm. I'd really like to do a gas-piston setup, and Im pretty sure I want to build it inside a (or is an appropriate? my latin is weak) Vltor CASV front cage. I know the CASV's (not sure which size yet, Im still compiling data on ballistic performance of this chambering out of different barrels) can fit low profile gas blocks and even the Noveske fire pig flash suppressors inside with a little room to spare, but Im not sure what the clearance on some of the gas piston kits are.

Does anyone know of a build that already exists like this, or even which gas-piston conversions/uppers are 6.8 compatible and/or reliable?
