ok so i just attached my mega lower to my 16" bcm midlength upper and the fit is not so tight.

I am comparing it to how well the mega lower i have fits with the mega stripped upper i also have.

I need to get another lower anyway so i was wondering if any knows which brand lower attachs well with the BCM upper.

Also how much movement is too much and does this effect acuracy or reliablity.  Thanks.

Fit between upper and lower has been much discussed on the forum. Fit has nothing to do with accuracy. It is more a personal feel thing. I like my fit tight and use a accuwedge in some rifles..

Does anyone have suggestions of lowers that they have matched with the BCM upper and had a nice fit and color match?

Upper to lower fit can change between one upper and multiple lowers of the same manufacturer.

That is 100% true.

Same goes for the finish coloring.

Hmm, guess i will just have to buy another lower and see if it fits any tighter.  But for now i will just shoot it with the mega lower.

Anyone else use some sort of wedge to get a tight fit?

Whats the deal with a lower reveiver rug do yall use those and is that for a tighter fit or just to protect the lower?
