I have a stripped A1 upper and I am in need of the rear sight parts to put sights in it, I looked at brownels and they have A2 sights, who sells A1 sights

The Fuilton sights are nothing but DPMS pieces, and the two apertures are exactly the same height.  If you want an actual dual range piece, I believe the Bushmaster set has the dual range aps.
