I am trying to remove the gas block from a RRA bull barrel. Set screws are off but the block wont budge!!!!! I have tried vice and strap wrench, Mallet and Vice and I am about to use a PIPE Wrench and Hammer!!!!! Is there a secret?????? Thanks guys!!!!!

If slight tap tap from a dead-blow isn't enough to break it loose, use alittle heat on the gasblock.  It's also possible that the set screws raised some metal on the barrel if your set screws aren't flat tipped or the barrel isn't bear catted.
