Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Installing 3 prong flash hider

Can anybody offer tips on installing a 3-prong flash hider? Does it require a special tool? If so, where can I get one. I figure a pipe wrench would work, but would cause  damage.

Theres a wrench made specifically for it often sold at gun shows.  It looks like a peace sign and engages the prongs.  I cant find any pictures right now but maybe somebody else has some.

Use a lock washer and just tighten it by hand. Not much of a need to buy a special tool if you have just one.
