I am looking for a AR to use in case SHTF, and anything else I may choose.  I am looking for something lite, small possible 14.5 barrel.  I am wanting to build in case something goes wrong later, I want to know how to fix it.  Where is a good place to get a lower and barrel, I already have a Stag flat top upper.  I have just moved to kentucky that is why I am wanting one now..I have lived in Kentucky for years before moving to Canada.  I love it here and feel safer here, but have weapons is also better here in KY.
