Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Does Model 1 stamp all the barrels?

I am looking at assembling a standard AR15 (govt profile, chrome lined, 1/7 twist barrel).  Model 1 Sales has a kit with that type barrel: $510, price seems right.

I prefer NOT to have identifying marks on the barrel.

Does Model 1 stamp all the barrels?

I think most of the barrels they sell are stamped "M1S"

All the ones I have are stamped M1S, HC, 1/9, except the 6.8 rem spc upper has 6.8 spc in addition to the other markings.
