I have buddy that is looking to get into ARs and really likes the look of the HK 416.  Since that is not available and the POF rifles are out of his budget.  How would you build a similar looking AR rifle??  

What gas block, rail system, lower with the white and red selector markings, etc?

Anyone have a pic?
