I have a RRA 20" Varmint upper.  I would like to have it coated, to esentially match the barrel to the rest of the rifle's finish.

What would be the better coating to use?  I would like to have the most durable, heat resistant, and chemical resistant coating available.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks

Norrells makes a moly-resin that's heat cured and very durable. Check out the Refinishing forum under Arms and Tactics. Stickman has posted several articles using Norrells so see what he has to say. I plan on using Norrells one three lowers I'm working on.

Is there any benefit to teflon coating a barrel?

One question. Are you goin to send it out or did you want to do it yourself?
