Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - A couple questions before I start ordering parts

I am de-Klintonizing my banned model Bushy M4A3 and am going to be replacing the barrel, bu before I do, I had a few questions. (1) Does the 14.5" Wilson barrel sold by Del-Ton come with M4 feed ramp cuts? and (2) If I use the Troy Medieval Flash Hider (see pic below) on a 14.5" barrel, will it be long enough to make it a 16" barrel or will I have to go the Sbr route?
