Any tips?  While I'm asking about the bolt, Is the ejector spring difficult to change?

Its pretty much straightforward and just gently "screw" / "roll" it in. As for the springs, not that difficult to take out and install too. Just be careful when you do it because these are small parts - don't drop it. Having short stubby fingers may be a slight challenge too.

I've done an extractor spring before, but not ejector.  Anybody have disassembly instructions?

The McFarland ring is not hard to install. Just insert one end into the groove and smoothly turn the bolt body and keep pushing the McFarland into the gas ring groove. The ejector spring requires 3 hands, a hammer and a 1/16 inch punch.
