I got my replacement Superior Arms stripped lower and the trigger pin holes are a tad large.  The RRA trigger pins I used in my build went in under finger pressure.  I was wondering if there was a source for sligtly oversized pins.  I know KNS makes them but I wanted to try to stick with regular conventional pins as I intend to use this lower in an M16A1 build.  Any suggestions???

Rock River arms sells NM pins that are slightly larger / oversized, KNS makes standard pins that are over sized too but they only make them in SS. I have used both pin types and the KNS .155 pins were a tighter fit in my receiver. I just painted the ends with black paint using a very small brush.

good luck

I too use the stainless steel pins from KNS.  (But I don't worry that they're silver.)  Brownells has them and they measure .1555 dia.  I love them as they fit the bushmaster lowers just right -- snug but no forcing.  They even improve the trigger by stablizing geometry.
