I think he is a little busy at the moment.  (New shop or equipment I think)  He called a few days ago to verify my address for shipping a barrel back to me.  He has always got back to me promptly.  I'm sure he won't leave you hanging.

Well, It's good to know that he is still around.... I get nervous when I don't hear back from people. Especially when I know that they are normally prompt. I think I am getting around delivery time on my upper. Can't wait to get the .204. It'll be fun to shoot.

I'm on week #8 of a custom build from him.  As of 3/15 he hadn't started on it yet.  He was quoting 8 to 10 weeks for custom builds, so I'm just now getting into the time frame.  With a shop move in between, I'm guessing it will be beyond 10 weeks before I see my upper.   Custom stuff usually means waiting....

At least my Gemtech HVT isn't here yet.  Then I'd REALLY be anxious to get my upper!

I got an email from him today. Barrel wasn't in yet. He quote me about the same. I should be in about week 8 also.... Oh well from what I have heard about him. It'll all be worth the wait.

I emailed him last week about new address and he got back to me in three days....his prices I feel are reasonable, from what I have seen.

I'm really glad to hear that he is still around.  I was thinking about emailing him tonight to see if he made any progress on my barrel.

One thing is for SURE -- None of you better get a complete barrel from Randall before I do.  It has been in "the works" way longer than any of you.

I have been very patient and I sure hope that it ends up being worth the wait.   I plan to do a web page and full report of the project and barrel results.

Just because you don't seem me here posting, that does not mean I skipped town...

You skipped town, twice!

Hi Randall,

We traded a few e-mails a while back about you cutting and threading a 9mm barrel for me.  I just have a couple questions.  What is the turn-around for something like that?

and, would I send my entire upper or just the barrel? (do you do a function test of some sort)

If you would rather me send you an e-mail rather that hijacking this thread for my own purposes just dont reply and I'll get the hint.

Thanks

SLEEP???

Sleep is overrated.  You'll get plenty of sleep when you die.

Somebody get this man some coffee.

Just joking.  Glad to hear everything is OK Randall.
