Their catalog says they do. but they dont list prices.
I just states that these rifles "are available in kit form including all parts but the stripped lower." |

Just buy a complete upper, a lower parts kit, and a complete stock.
Maybe that's what they mean by "kit form". |

Bushy DOES sell kits ! It is in RED print no less then 5 times in the catalog I have 2005v.2
