Well I accidently put the disconnector spring into the bolt catch plunger hole... should I worry about it and will it effect the functionality of the lower?

The springs are different, so you should definitely swap them into the correct locations.

Don't be embarrassed, as you aren't the first one to post that here.

Well the bolt catch plunger hole spring wont fit in the disconnector so I am ordering a new disconnector spring.. you think the disconnector spring will be fine in the bolt catch plunger hole?

It may function (I've never tried it), but I'd fish it out just to be on the safe side.
