But whats this I hear about needing a different hammer and buffer? Especially the hammer, is this a hammer that is improved and will work with standard 5.56 and 9mm, or will I need to swap a hammer when I swap my uppers?

Put in the 9mm hammer and you can use it for 5.56 also, same with the buffer

But the 5.56 hammer wont work with the 9mm, the rear is milled down for bolt clearance, buffer is heavier

If you decide to go with an OLY type setup, it takes a stock Hammer/Lower.

I am probably going to use RRA, legaltransfers is doing a good deal for me

if you ramp the bolt you can use the 5.56 hammer
