Might want to check with batf, but attaching a rifle to the back end of a pistol seem to be adding a butt stock to it, and the pistol would need to be SBR'd in this configuration.

think it was stated somewhere, the pistol mounted to the ar is considered a short barrel rifle since it technically does have a stock on it and to have a 870 on there it would only make sense for it to be short which is an aow

That's sweet I.S.!! That's just what I was looking for... now If I can mount the Glock under the 870 and add one of them beer holders to either side with a tube like those hats (maybe GG&G or ARMS?), I'll be all the envy at my next redneck family reunion hing

Just my opinion (I'm NOT a lawyer), but IF the muzzle of the rifle was 16" or more from the breech of the pistol you'd be golden.
