       OK, my upper finally came in today, and I already had my lower assembled. Went to pin it on, but the back won't seat all the way down.....  This has to be a common problem - If anyones online, and could help it would be very much appreciated...

Nevermind - I got it. The rear mntg. block was too long, - it was bottoming out in the lower before the holes lined up.
