I have a question for you seasoned AR kit buyers & builders:

I was just looking at the ADCO web page for RRA kits.  They have the Upper Receiver A2 Complete for $155.  I can see that it includes the A2 carry handle and I assume the rear sight is included in the carry handle.  What I'm not clear about, and I can't determine from the picture, is whether the charging handle and the bolt carrier group with bolt are also included in the Upper Receiver Complete.  Also, does the Delta Ring assembly usually come with the Upper?
