Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - How do I uninstall a ARMS M model forend?

I want to do a barrel change and cant find my instruction sheet or remember how to take the dang thing off.  I really dont want to just take all the screws out and see what happens.

screws are what holds it in place, remove screws on flatop and side rails
