Pretty basic.  Bushmaster M4 Dissipator barrel on a flat top CMT upper, with CMT inards, and carry handle.  Lower is a Stag Arms with a RRA NM trigger and Magpul MIAD grip.

Photo sucks, I'll try to get a better one.

Bushmaster Heavy Barrel chopped to 16.25" and lightened to .750 under handguard. Gas Port drilled to .109 with a 7/64's bit. Cycles everything sofar. Shoot mostly Wolf & XM193.
Need optics and a JPRifles Float tube. Considering a JP adjustable gas block too.

Where is the gas port located on most Dissipator rifles ? e.g. at the carbine or mid-length port location ?

I believe the whole idea is to have a full length M16 gas system with a 16" barrel.  I'm not sure though.

car or mid positions are good.  a2 position may need to have an enlarged gas port.  the front sight base and MOCK gas block are good if you like the a2 sight radius...     thats me

I found a better pic.................I have a full lenght gas system, the barrel was cut down from a 20" bushy 1/9 twist, gas port was opened up to  .110" , and it shoots everything that I feed it......NO problem.........

That's a YHM Rifle-Length free float handguard with YHM front block, I don't have any BUIS, I lost the front sight, so I took off the rear one, heh...
