If I buy a new lower receiver registered as a pistol can I convert it into a SBR  later on by paying the tax stamp and sending in form 1???

why not?


"registered pistol" recievers is made up and a scam to charge more. there are atf letters stating any virgin lower reciever can be used.

Yes, you can convert a "pistol" to an SBR.  Just do the Form 1 and pay the $200.  Then wait, wait, and wait some more.
