Anyone have a link to it? I have seen them that are just about complete less the magwell machining.

Is this what your'w looking for? I beleive the FAB10 receiver has a solid magwell.

There was an %80 reciever out there that had the biffer tapped and only required a few holes drilled to complete. I am looking for one for a 50 BMG lower. I plan to drill and tap into the magwell and mount a bipod extension to the front of the magwell. Similer to what you find on a EDM gun.

Nope, that one has the magwell cut.
Tannery shop has a dummy with a solid magwell, but the firecontrol area is not fully machined. I think this will be the closest I can get. Though I do remember seeing them as I described.
