Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Taller front sight post needed for Vltor CasV forend?

Guys what do you think.  I am considering this forend for my first build.  Since it raises the flattop up, wouldn't you think the front sight post needs to raise?  Also, I'm considering mounting a decent scope on top to reach out to about 200 yards.  Do you think the front sight post would obstuct the view?  Thanks for any comments.
