Got a new Colt A1 upper coming in today.  How have you guys been going about cleaning these up?  How bad of a mess can I expect?

Not a big problem just used some non chlorinated brake cleaner. Didnt have much oil on it at all!!!

I ended up having to disassemble the forward assist and clean everything out of it to get it to function properly but I also seem to be the only one who has had to do that.

Brake Cleaners did the trick.  I still need to get the handguards off to finish but that is a weekend chore.
