You probably have a better chance of buying a slightly used or used KAC rifle.

Impactguns.com sells rifles and parts but be aware that it could take a very very long wait for a lower.

I own a few Knights rifles.  I have never seen a lower (stripped or complete) offered by either Knights or a dealer.  Other than the unique and rare markings, I do not feel they are superior to LMT, Lauer/LMT or RRA lowers.
