You need to figure out what type you want to build, and go from there. |

I'd like to build the equivalent of an m4 carbine. What kind of difference in velocity does a 14 vs 16 in barrel make. and should i look for a complete, stripped, or complete w/ bolt carrier, bolt and charging handle...dave

Look in the EE for STAG.
You should be able to find a complete upper for a little less than $500 with a BUIS. Stag is very good quality and would serve you well. WIZZO |

The CMT/Stag upper would certainly be a good upper receiver choice.
