Ok, Heres what i got so far on it.
On top of that scope that is a ARMS 22TRC tactical ring cap on top of the cap is a ARMS 22TRR Tactical Ring Rail.
Forarm is PRi Genlll Free Float Forarm.
The top rail is a ARMS SPR-PEQ-2-3
Barrel- Unknown
Front site- Unknown
Rear site- Unknown
Flash Hider- Unknown
Bipod- Harris most likely
Under forarm rail has a what im assumeing is a PRi 3in Forearm Rail
Scope- Unknown
Right side forarm another PRi 3in Forearm Rail

Might just be easyer to buy a varmit kit from model1sales.com

Is this a 30 cal rifle? On the ops web site the muzzel break is for a 30 cal.

Nope.  It's 5.56/.223.

To answer a few other questions:

It's a PRI Gen III tube.
Ops makes brakes for multiple calibers.

ADCO has just about everything you need in stock to build this rifle.

what i dont understand is you found the pic in bigbore's thread which is in "his" industry forum and you go here to ask what the rifle consist of.

Everything you need to build a true SPR clone is here..

ADCO Custom Build page

If you want some tips to save some bucks e-mail me...I did not go the entire SPR route, but I came close...

I found and saved the specs for that SPR Clone.  I am attempting to build something almost exactly like it, but the barrel will be KG Black.  It is truly a sweet SPR!  Here it is as quoted from M700Police's Post:

"Specs:
---------
Rock River Arms National Match Upper & Lower
White Oak Precision tuned 2 stage trigger
White Oak/CLE 18", 1/7 twist, SPR profile barrel - Bead blasted, fitted bolt with Crane O-ring
Adco faux SPR muzzle doohicky
PRI Gen III carbon float tube with full bottom rail
PRI flip up front sight
PRI M84 Gasbuster charging handle
ARMS #38 SPR-PEQ2-3 Swan Sleeve
ARMS #40L BUIS
ARMS #22 Med. scope rings
ARMS TRR & TRC
Sierra Precision Rifles grip
Tubb Speedlock recoil spring
Leupold Mk4 4.5-14x40 PR Long Range with mildots
Harris S-BRM Bipod with Pod-loc and Tanks knob
Knights Armament bipod adapter"

HTH

ETA: ADCO does have all these parts but some are on backorder; Fixed BUIS used .

+1 on ADCO having it all.  I just completed an SPR build, exactly like the pic posted above.  The only difference...I Duracoated the barrel in Matte Black for a more sinister appearance.

Cool. You should post pics here for further inspiration .

Sorry I didn't see this earlier, that is indeed my SPR.  Guam50 got the specs posted though.....appreciated.  Only difference is that it now wears a #40L not a #40 BUIS.  Almost all the parts came from Adco, they built the rig and are HIGHLY recommended.

A pic in it's current form:

Yeah, I know.  This may be my motivation to replace the digital camera I broke a few weeks ago.

For some reason, I dunno why, I really, really, really like the look of SPR's like that of M700Police's... just a couple of curiosity questions... is there a real point or purpose to the full-length rail, if a person isn't going to put on night vision optics?  I plan on having an extended rail, to be sure, just to get the darn scope out there far enough to be away from my face, but don't think I'll need *that* much rail :D

Also, that PRI tube is cool and all, but awful spendy.  Anybody have pics of an SPR clone built using a YHM Customizable tube like this one:

TIA,

nuk

M700Police,
That is probably one of the most sought after SPR builds.  How am I doing so far :

The A.R.M.S. SPR-MOD Swan Sleeve will be changed out to a PEQ2-3 and the change bucket is  my BRD relief fund .

Thanks for the inspiration.

Looks like a great start!  Two comments though about parts I see:

1.  The Harris bipod you have appears to be a 9-13" correct?  Will be too high for bench shooting.  I hope that isn't your goal.  Should work well for prone.

2.  You may run into an eye relief issue (like I did) with that Leupold and the #40 BUIS.  I was unable to have my optic far back enough on the rail to get a good cheekweld and still be far forward enough to allow the flip up cover to open and clear the BUIS.  The #40L solved the problem.

Good luck with the build!

1.  Correct on the bipod, LM-S (photo-op thing). I have a BRM-S enroute.
2.  I guess the #40 is going up for sale .

Thanks for the tips.  Really appreciated.
