I purchased an armorers wrench from bushmaster in hopes to use it to loosen/tighten my Phantom flash hider.  It turns out that the "square" section that I thought that the FH would fit in, doesn't.  What gives?

I was thinking of just going to the hardware store and picking up a small crescent but I want to be careful and don't want to damage the crush washer.

I used a 3/4" wrench on my A2 f/h the other day, and it didn't seem to mar or damage
the A2, washer, or barrel.

I'm not saying it's the right tool, but it might work for you until you establish if your Phantom
or wrench is out of spec? I think a crescent will be too wide.
