I have a threaded barrel that I am putting a flash hider on - Phantom 5C2. The flash hider isn't going on easily, and I don't want to damage the threads on the barrel, any advise?

The barrel is a Sabre midlength.

Is this a new barrel?  Being a Sabre, I'd guess it was.  I'd either try another FH, if you have one, to see if it is the barrel threads or your Phantom.  If it's the barrel, I'd send it back.

It's is a brand new barrel, I will pick up a Vortex to try on it.
