How tight, same as .223?  Just curious since there are different buffers and stuff...maybe different torque values.  Thanks.

None.  Tighten until snug, then make sure the barrel nut has one of the notches in the 12 o'clock position (so that the handguards fit right).

but yeah baically the same, need a actual torque value? check the tacked threads at the top
