Since the lower has to go through your FFL, you might want to ask whoever that is what brand lowers they can obtain for you then go from there. If they can get you a good quality lower from a major manufacturer, at a decent price, just go for it.

As far as LPKs go, none of the dealers here have disappointed me and I've dealt with quite a few of them. Check the feedback in the EE. You won't go wrong.

I prefer Stag lowers and Stag lower parts kits. I get mine from either Title II Arms or Eagle Firearms at the Equipment Exchange.
