Is there any trick to it?  I have a Bushie that I am tryig to remove the butt plate from so I can remove the rear sling stud.  It takes a slotted screw driver but I am having a hard time breking it free.  Are they locktited in as well?

Generally, they have a spot of Loctite on them, so it may take some force to get it out.  Nothing unreasonable, but some force is needed.  I had one crossthreaded once and it was a bear to get out.
