No. The receiver end of the tube is cut so that it will only fit over very low profile gas blocks, like the LaRue gas block. You would not be able to slide the tube over the gas block with the gas block installed OR you wouldn't be able to install the gas block with the tube on (nearly impossible to drive taper pins in with an aluminum tube in the way
 ).
