RRA has been adding the ramps to the receiver and extension with by grinding both. It has come up as a topic of discussion many times before with pics. The ramps are inconsistently done and are not the receiver is not anodized after the grinding, it is left bare. Do they hurt anything - no. Do they help anything - not if the rest of the stuff is in spec.

+1 to everything he said. They could have just bought the uppers with the M4 ramps, but they decided to add them in house. WIZZO |

Should I try to lap them in by hand?
The present build includes an Armalite bbl and RRAP EOP upper. The armalite's a 20" hbar moly w/ gas block. |
