Has anyone bought one of  these? Is the bottom closed? On Bushmaster's website they list a Phantom with a closed bottom. Will the one at Adco replace the Bushmaster mini-y comp to make it legal on a 14.5 inch barrel? Thanks Thomaswh3

The Yankee Hill Machine made Phantom 5C1 is closed on the bottom. These are the same models we carry.

Yes, it is long enough to legally replace your Mini-Y comp.
