Yes,   everything in the pic's has been sprayed with Norrells seperately then baked.   Then I  assembled the upper and the lower (- the grip and stock).  Resprayed again and baked @ 300 for 1 Hr.

I know it has been asked before, but what type of spray gun is everyone using?  Or, to put it another way, what do I need to spend to get good results?  If the first few things I did turned out ask well as what some people are posting, I could see myself doing most of the collection, so I want a spray gun that is durable and is going to last.

I know I sound like a poopy head, but everyone here DOES realize that molydenum disulfide is a heavy metal, like mercury and lead, and should be used with the best breathing apparatus you can afford.  Right?  And if it gets on your skin, it is absorved directly into the blood?

Okay, now that I got that off my chest....

   3-4Cav,

Here is the MSDS on the stuff. I read through it but it was kinda' like Chinese Algebra  to me .

I do feel better that I used latex gloves and a box fan though !!!    However, upon the completion of my AR it probably wasn't the best move to do a celebration "shot" of the stuff .
