Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - .740 OD fsb?

I am new to building  but am good at figuring things out but this one has me stumped.  What should I do for my  fsb on my dissy where I have a .740 OD.  I know I can get a .750 but not confident that will be  modifiable for this. What do you think?  I have a stainless RRA 16" Mid barrel.

It would have to be custom made.  It has been done using a clamp on type sight base like the PRI.  It can squeeze down to the 0.740".
