Quick question. While drilling the various holes to complete my 80% lower I accidently drilled the stepped part of the safety detent hole (5/32 wide)  .017 too deep .  Instead of being .188 deep (or 3/16), it is .205. Will this severly impact the function of the safety selector or can I proceed full steam ahead? Thanks.

Well, on a factory lower I received, the detent hole for the safety wasn't big enough to let the detent go into the hole.  So I drilled it out.  I went all the way through (didn't realize there was a 'step').... still functions fine.

Well, technically there is. Thanks. I guess I will have to wait for my lower receiver parts to tell for sure.
