I am just about finished with building my 1st lower. All I have left is the buffer tube, spring and buffer which I will get soon. The 1st lower I got was out of spec. a couple of places. The 2nd one I got all the pieces fell into place. It gives me a sense of satisfaction that I was able to take that bag of springs and little bitty pieces and make something out of it. Many thanks to this site for providing the information to make it possible.

Don't have any pics. Need to get me digital camera. I could probably afford to buy one if I didn't spend my money on guns.:) Picked up a buffer spring and a buffer from the gunstore where I bought the lower. I have a buffer tube on its way from ADCO. Should have it completely finished by next weekend. Good luck with your lower cmar!
