Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Flash Hider crush ring ???

I'm putting together a BUSHMASTER barrel. It comes with the 5 slot flash hider and spacer. The spacer is concave on one side and convex on the other.
I assume the concave side goes facing the receiver and the convex side against the FH.
Is this correct ?

"Pointy"/convex side toward receiver, concave side toward Phantom. You are using barrel blocks in your bench vice, right?
