I have an upper with a 14 inch barrel.  Is this legal when used as a carbine.  If not, does a 16 inch barrel mean I have to get it milled to fit the receaver.  hinking.gif  I'mtrying to get this M4 style carbine built before god forbid Kerry gets elected.
