Are there any places that will chamber a blank 458 barrel for the SOCOM? Perhaps a place where I can rent a reamer (have access to friends full machine shop)?

Or is the only way to ever have a SOCOM to buy a whole upper, as the chambering specs and reamers are kept only by Teppo Jutsu?
