I picked up another stripped lower at the gunshow today.

I want to put together a flattop 16" with a collapsible stock and a threaded barrel.  I am thinking about a chrome lined barrel for this one.  

Any opinions on the cheapest way to go about this?   I am looking at the J&T kits, but I don't see chrome lined barrels.   I used a J&T when I built my 20" a2 and iI had no problems so I am comfortable with them.

P.S., any opnions on those tactical pistol grips or the handguards with rails on them?
