Several years ago, I read about a Co. in Mich. that was building uppers, or maybe complete rifles in a Wildcat cartridge called the .45 Professional. As I remember, the .45 Professional was a .284 Winchester, cut off at the shoulder, and used .45 ACP bullets.

I have just purchased 2 80% receivers, and want to build the first one in .45 Professional, as the cartridge seems a very good one for Wild Hog hunting. Any info on building the upper would certainly be appreciated. Thanks, cajun49
