Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Best source for stripped A1 upper receiver?

Looking to build an XM-177 style upper.  Is there a cheaper source for a stripped A1 upper receiver than Fulton?  They were the lowest $ (!!!) of only two retailers I could find advertising A1 receivers.  If anybody has a better source (or should happen to have one they would part with) please let me know.
