Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - OAL requirements? 30 or 30.5" in CA?

I have a 16" upper that I plan on building to a FAB10 lower as I am currently an inmate in the PRC.  I figure with the collapsable stock available at sportsmans guide, the OAL will be just a hair over 30.5" (fully collapsed).  Can the man still mess with me?

PRC, sucks to be you!!!!!!!

You need to check and see what law of the week you need to conform to be legal. Last I checked, you could be put down for even having a sharp stick.  

P.S. Just heard that you guys got banned from even owning 50 BMG single shots, and this came from a man how made his living threw the use of firearms on screen.
