According to a story on the NRA's website it is set to expire tonight at midnight. Foxnews is showing the same thing. However I just found a question and answer list on the BATF website that shows that it expires at 12:01 am, September 13, 2004.
Looks like you're right. I'll go eat some crow now, then I've got some pins to push and a couple of collapsible stocks to install. Robert |
