How can I remove the front pivot pin after it is installed?

Your front take down pin should have a small hole that, when pushed all the way out, aligns with the little detent pin thingy.  Push a small finishing nail or brad, filed flat on the end down this hole to depress the thingy.  Push push pin all the way out aiming detent thingy and spring into a platic bag.

Edited to add "and spring".

K,
thanks,
I need to file the flat part of the takedown pin so it will fit.
